Too short!!

Sadly, returning (both sizes I bought). Description says "at the knee" but these dresses fall about 2 inches above the knee - and if you try to buy a size larger, on a slim/ average sized girl, the dress will still be above the knee but loose and floppy on top with arms too long. All in all, this is a boxy dress that does not work for us. :(
