Gymboree.com currently ships to over 47 countries in Europe, Asia, North America and South America as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa). Additionally, the site accepts international billing addresses.

Prices, Duties & Taxes
Prices on gymboree.com are in U.S. dollars and we only accept payment in U.S. dollars.
Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination and the value of the product purchased (which may, depending on local customs regulations, be prior to the application of any discounts for Gymboree Rewards). For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.
International Customer Service
Should you have any issues placing or receiving your order, we recommend contacting our international Customer Service Representatives by email at email@example.com. Please note that our Customer Service operation is on Pacific Standard Time, eight hours behind Greenwich Mean Time. We are only able to read and send emails in English and Spanish.
Shopping With Us
If you are a first time visitor to our site, we recommend setting up your account before placing your order. Click on My Account at the top of the page and follow the instructions to create an Account. If you select both checkboxes on the Create Account page you will be automatically signed into your account the next time you visit the site and will receive emails about our new merchandise and sales. You can opt out of our emails at any time by changing your status on our Email Preferences page.
On the My Account home page, please click Edit under Account Information to enter your Billing information. Fill out your billing address. Remember to select your country, and “Other” for State/Province if not a Canadian address. In the zip field, please enter your postal code with no hyphens or symbols. If you select a default shipping method (which are U.S. only), you will be able to select an international shipping method during Checkout. Once you fill out the required fields, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page and your account will be created.
Once your account is created, please select a shopping category and enjoy your shopping.
When choosing the appropriate size for your child, please refer to our Size Chart. Our sizes can be converted into measurements in inches or centimeters.
Items can be added to your bag by clicking Add to Bag after selecting the size and quantity. Items will appear in the Shopping Bag to the right, shown on each page. Please make sure that all items are added to your Shopping Bag. You can scroll up and down in the Shopping Bag by clicking on the arrows.
Once you have selected all of your merchandise, please check your Shopping Bag by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon or Checkout button at the top of the page. If you would like to remove any items in your Shopping Bag, click the Remove checkbox next to the item, then click Update Shopping Bag. You can also return to shopping from the Shopping Bag page by clicking on the department links at the top of the page. Once you have confirmed all of the items in your bag, click Checkout at the bottom of the Shopping Bag page.
The first section of Checkout is Sign In. If you are already logged in, you will be directed to the Shipping section. If your Billing and Shipping address is the same, select the address in the dropdown. You can also check the box next to “Make this my default shipping address” if you ship mostly to this address. If you are shipping to a different address, click Add to add a new address. Select the country you are shipping to and fill in the address, choosing “Other” for State/Province if not a Canadian address. In the zip field, please enter the postal code with no hyphens or symbols.
The next section of Checkout is Gift Options. Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to international destinations cannot be gift wrapped. Additionally, we do not include flat pack gift boxes in international shipments.
In the Billing section of Checkout, select your credit card type and enter the number and expiration date. You may also enter any Promotion codes (only one per order), Gift Cards, Rewards certificates and/or Gymbucks (during Gymbucks redemption periods) in this section, making sure to click Redeem to ensure the discount is applied to your order. You will be able to review your order prior to submitting it. Please click Place Order only once to avoid placing duplicate orders.
Once your order is submitted, you may print a copy of the Order Confirmation page for your records. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email to the email address provided in Checkout. Once an international order is submitted on the website, we are no longer able to modify the order. If you have a Gymboree account and would like to cancel an order that was placed, you must do so within one hour of submitting the order. You may do so by signing in and canceling your order in the "Order History / Status" section of My Account.
Orders By Phone
We do not accept orders via email. We recommend placing orders at www.gymboree.com . We do accept orders by phone at 1-877-4-GYMWEB (1-877-449-6932). Please note that our toll-free number may not work from countries outside the U.S. and/or may not be a toll-free call. Our Customer Service are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PT).

International Shipping Guidelines
All international orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 3 business days upon credit card validation. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person who placed the order once the order is shipped. Please note: International orders may be randomly selected for additional export reviews. In some cases, these orders may take up to 5 business days to ship due to the reviews.
Please note: Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs are not available on international orders. All undeliverable, refused or unclaimed shipments will be refunded for the merchandise amount after we have received the returned shipment.
We offer Express and Standard shipping services for our international orders.
Orders shipping International Express are delivered via Fed Ex International Priority service and are typically delivered within 5 business days. Tracking is available with International Express service. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes with International Express service.
Orders shipping International Standard are delivered via DHL Global Mail, and are typically delivered within 14 business days. Tracking is not available with International Standard service. We can ship to P.O. boxes with International Standard service.
The shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount. (Please note: duties and taxes are not reflected in the shipping charges and will be assessed at the time of delivery.)
