Worst ever fit, sizing not true for 6-9m, it is much smaller

Worst ever fitting by a baby brand , bought this in 6-9m and saved it for special occasion, my 7 months old baby wore it for the first time today ( she is average height and weight) and it wont fit her. It was too difficult to get her into the outfit as the button closure ends at a wrong place where it should be longer and mid waist region. The third button wont even close because its too tight. The shorts wont even fit her, it was too tight on the thighs and she cried like anything after…

Purchased this for my 2 year old for Spring photos and special occasions. It is very cute, the background is white and the pink flowers add a nice pop of color. It hits right at the knees and is lightweight. Can't wait to take pictures of her in it!
