Cozy hoodie but black fabric inside bleeds

Nice, thick, cozy hoodie. However, around the neck the black material lining the inside bleeds through to the orange after washing (even washed on cold/delicate). Ours now has a black-ish ring around the neck, thankfully covered most of the time by the hood.
