Sizing does not fit bill

When I placed the order for this outfit I was looking down the road as our daughter has a 6 month old who weighs 20 lbs now. So I though by ordering 12 to 18 months I would have no problem but I did. The outfit I received does not fit him now and where I purchased on final sale I can not be refunded. Not happy with this at all.
