Cute but sizing is off

Cute boots but the sizing is way off. I ordered a size 5 and a size 6, not sure which would fit. My kid couldn’t get her foot into the size 5 at all. When she put on the size 6, her foot slipped right out when she walked. Also the sole is very hard, so it’s quite rigid and inflexible.
