This coat is such a darlyn beautiful coat. The other material is thin but not cheap and not cheaply made in my opinion. The ruffles need to be steamed out. Which I have no problem doing with a small home steamer. If you dont know how to use an Iron gage for different type of material, uou can burn it , which is with any other coat with such material. I bought 2 for each of my 7yr old grand daughters. I bought size 10. We just had very old weather 20 degree with wind. She said she was warm and…
