Disappointed with Customer Service

The pattern on these Gymmies are so cute - my daughter was very excited about them. Unfortunately they are too small. And the return process is VERY challenging. We do not have any store locations where we live, and I tried to email asking for help - with no reply. I was finally able to talk to someone on the phone - and Gymboree does NOT cover return costs - so it would cost $20 or so for shipping to return - basically what I paid for the pajamas.
