Low quality and run 2 sizes too small

Pro: bright colors
Cons: fabric is low quality, and the dress runs super small. We ordered a size 10 and it looks like a size 6/7. We ordered two different dresses in this order and they both ran supper small so it might be that they dress run too small in general. Years ago I used buy their clothes and the quality was a lot better than what we received in this order.
