Runs small/tight

Purchased two patterns for my twin boys, age 10. The trunks are cute, vibrant colors. My boys are tall but average size; normally TCP shorts fit them very well. I ordered a size 10 and these shorts were very tight. There isn't a store near me, so I have to pay to ship them back and get a larger size. I'd recommend that people order a size up unless your child is on the smaller size.
