Came apart first wear

I was so excited about this dress but I'm having to reinforce every seam by hand!! Unacceptable.

My daughter luckily caught it early and I was able to save the dress but there are dropped stitches and ripped threads in multiple places. I buy a lot of inexpensive clothing for my kid but have never had to repair a NEW garment on this scale before.

Do better Gymboree!

The seam ripped on the first wear. We sewed it back and it ripped again. The entire seam for the ruffle is incorrectly done, and while the dress is cute it’s not worth the hassle.

Peplum separated from dress on first wear

My daughter wore this dress to school (not on a PE day—no rough activities), and by the time she was home there was a 3” hole along the seam attaching the peplum to the body of the dress. I can’t believe Gymboree’s quality is so poor—clearly, I’m not the only customer who had this exact same experience.
