The dress itself is very well made - similar in weight to a formal-style dress. I ordered 2 sizes as my granddaughter is slim and very tall. Bought this dress for my granddaughter's First Communion. She looked like a princess in it, simply lovely! This was an on-line order and when I opened the package for the first time I was in awe. The lace at the top of the dress is a slightly different color than bottom of dress, but made it look unique and nicely paired with a shrug sweater.
