Who can join Gymboree Rewards?
Membership is available to all persons 13 or older who provide their name and a valid email address. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use Gymboree Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Gymboree Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Can I join Gymboree Rewards if I live outside of the U.S. or Canada?
Yes, international customers can join Gymboree Rewards. You can sign up right here on our site with a valid email address.
Can family or friends use my membership so I'll earn points for their purchases?
No. Memberships are nontransferable and are only valid for use by the person who registered.
What should I do if I've lost my card?
You can still receive points for your purchases if you provide your membership number or registered email address when you make your online or in-store purchase. Once you have added your membership number to your gymboree.com account, your membership number will be applied to any purchase you make online, provided you have signed in to your account. International customers must create a gymboree.com account via their Rewards confirmatione mail for Rewards to be applied.
How do I earn points?
You will earn one point for every $1 (U.S. or Canadian) you spend on qualifying purchases when you use your membership card at the time of purchase in store at participating Gymboree locations in the U.S. and Canada, at participating Gymboree Outlets or when you enter your membership number online at gymboree.com. For international members outside of Canada, points will be converted to U.S. dollars.
When can I start to earn points?
You're eligible to begin earning points the moment you join the Gymboree Rewards program. Remember to provide your account number when you make your purchase.
What can I purchase with my rewards certificates?
Rewards certificates are coupons for discounts off future purchases at Gymboree stores in the U.S. and Canada, Gymboree Outlet and gymboree.com. Rewards certificates may only be redeemed for a single purchase. If the redemption purchase amount is less than the value of the Rewards certificate, no change or credit will be given. Gymboree Rewards program points cannot be redeemed for the following: sales tax, shipping, donations, gift wrap, or purchases of gift cards. Rewards certificates may be combined with other offers, but they are valid on in-stock items only.
