It’s easy to buy the items you love online, and then pick them up at your local PLACE store!
Just look for the ‘Pick Up In Store’ button while shopping. Once you click on it, search the item’s availability by zip code or city/state and the nearby locations that have your item will appear. After you select your pickup location, you’ll check out like normal. You can also update your shipping/pickup options per item during checkout.
You’ll receive email updates with pickup info on the same day (or next morning if it’s after store hours). Once your item is ready, go to your PLACE store, provide your order number and valid photo ID and you’ll be good to go!
Yes! That’s what makes it so great. If an item is sold out online, you can find additional colors/sizes at your local PLACE store. Click ‘Pick Up In Store’ button to get started.

Once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, updated (to add/remove items) or changed. You may return or exchange items at any of our store locations.

Since our stores do not carry inventory of online exclusive items, they are not available for in-store pickup. The good news is that you can still order the item for home delivery.
