Gymboree’s Easter Basket Giveaway
Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: The Gymboree Easter Basket Giveaway contains a giveaway hosted on Facebook (the “Facebook Giveaway”), a giveaway hosted on Instagram (the “Instagram Giveaway”) and a giveaway hosted on TikTok (the “TikTok Giveaway”) (collectively, “Giveaways”). Giveaways are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18, or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is older). Employees of The Children’s Place Services Company, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, with Meta Platforms, Inc. (dba Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, Inc., “Released Parties”) and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Giveaways are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIODS: Each Giveaway will have two (2) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”), beginning at or around 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 25, 2025 and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 28, 2025 and beginning at or around 9:00 a.m. ET on April 1, 2025 and ending 11:59 p.m. ET on April 4, 2025.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Facebook Giveaway: time each Entry Period, the Gymboree Facebook account will post an in-feed image referencing the Gymboree Easter Basket Giveaway (the “Post”). To enter, you must: (a) follow the official Facebook account of Gymboree, (b) find and like the Post and (c) comment on the Post with a bunny emoji
The Instagram Giveaway: One time each Entry Period, the Gymboree Instagram account will post an in-feed image referencing the Gymboree Easter Basket Giveaway (the “Post”). To enter, you must: (a) follow the official Instagram accounts of Gymboree, Modern Sprout, Tender Leaf Toys, Twee and Sugarfina, (b) find and like the Post and (c) comment on the Post with a bunny emoji and tag a friend in the comments.
The TikTok Giveaway: One time each Entry Period, the Gymboree TikTok account will post an in-feed image referencing the Gymboree Easter Basket Giveaway (the “Post”). To enter, you must: (a) follow the official TikTok account of Gymboree, (b) find and like the Post and (c) comment on the Post with a bunny emoji and tag a friend in the comments.
Entry Guidelines/Restrictions: All entries for the first Entry Period must be received on March 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET and all entries for the second Entry Period must be received on April 4, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period for each Giveaway. Multiple entries from any person for any Entry Period in any Giveaway will be void. Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image & not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any comment that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules.
If you do not have a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok (as applicable) account, establishing an account is free. All platform terms apply. You must follow the platform account of Gymboree in order for your entry to be eligible for the Facebook and TikTok Giveaways. You must follow the platform accounts of Gymboree, Modern Sprout, Tender Leaf Toys, Twee and Sugarfina in order for your entry to be eligible for the Instagram Giveaway. You can unfollow the accounts on the applicable platform any time after the winners have been announced.
WINNER DETERMINATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected for each Post in a random drawing, at or around 10 AM on March 31, 2025 and 10 AM on April 7, 2025 ET following the applicable entry deadline from among all eligible entries received for that Post. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Non-winning entries from one drawing will not carry forward into subsequent drawings
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via direct message at or around 12 PM on March 31, 2025 and 12 PM on April 7, 2025 and must respond to Sponsor within 24 hours from notification. The failure to respond to such notification or the potential winner’s non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):
Facebook Giveaway Prize (One (1) Per Post): Basket valued at up to $500. Basket includes (i) an assortment of Gymboree product to be determined by Sponsor and winner; (ii) Tender Leaf products, (iii) an assortment of Modern Sprout product, (iv) Twee Made handmade sidewalk chalk and (v) Sugarfina candy. ARV of basket: up to $500.
Instagram Giveaway Prize (One (1) Per Post): Basket valued at up to $500. Basket includes (i) an assortment of Gymboree product to be determined by Sponsor and winner; (ii) Tender Leaf products, (iii) an assortment of Modern Sprout product, (iv) Twee Made handmade sidewalk chalk and (v) Sugarfina candy. ARV of basket: up to $500.
TikTok Giveaway Prize (One (1) Per Post): Basket valued at up to $500. Basket includes (i) an assortment of Gymboree product to be determined by Sponsor and winner; (ii) Tender Leaf products, (iii) an assortment of Modern Sprout product, (iv) Twee Made handmade sidewalk chalk and (v) Sugarfina candy. ARV of basket: up to $500.
Exact prize value may vary depending on items included. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes pictured in any marketing for a Giveaway may vary from actual prizes awarded. All contents of baskets are determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and subject to availability. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. No winner may substitute a prize, but Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Styles subject to availability. Limit one (1) prize per person/household for all Gymboree Easter Basket Giveaways combined.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, prize suppliers, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, Instagram user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, Instagram profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in any Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, likes, comments, tags, messages, email or other communications of any kind; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with any Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of a Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Giveaway-related materials; (vi) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a Giveaway; or (vii) injury or damage to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in a Giveaway. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of a Giveaway or Sponsor’s website or social media account, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of a Giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate such Giveaway(s) and if terminated, at its discretion, select potential winner(s) for the Post(s) at issue at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken for such Post(s) or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
