Items available online can be picked up in any PLACE store in the continental US.
It’s easy to buy the items you love online, and then pick them up at your local PLACE store!
Just look for the ‘Pick Up In Store’ button while shopping. Once you click on it, search the item’s availability by zip code or city/state and the nearby locations that have your item will appear. After you select your pickup location, you’ll check out like normal. You can also update your shipping/pickup options per item during checkout.
You’ll receive email updates with pickup info on the same day (or next morning if it’s after store hours). Once your item is ready, go to your PLACE store, provide your order number and valid photo ID and you’ll be good to go!
Once you receive the “ready for pickup” email, your order will be available at your selected store for a maximum of seven days.
An associate in the store will help you with your pickup order. Just provide your order number and a valid photo ID (that matches the name on the order) and you’ll be good to go!
