This dress just arrived, and first impressions are that it is cute. It's definitely not vibrant like the photos show(neither is the flower hairband) but maybe the faded look will give us more of a vintage vibe? With the accessories, it's gonna look sweet, so I'm glad I purchased them. As a standalone dress, it wouldn't have the same effect. I actually find it softer than the poplin in some of the other Gymboree collections I have purchased
This is cut strangely, the waist is too high, so the dress does not sit right. The fabric also faded after the first wash (cold wash, hang dry). Altogether I was very disappointed. I am normally a fan of Gymboree clothes but this was a total miss.
