Colours not the same as online

My daughter is very upset. She spends a lot of time picking out a backpack for the new school year. This backpacks
colouring looks very different than the online pictures. It’s much more purple and blue, she was expecting more pink. She waited a couple weeks and cried when she opened it. I know it seems silly but for an anxious kid, this matters a lot to her. Buyer beware, actual photos included.
