This was a surprise when I opened the package. It is so beautiful. My granddaughter just loved it. She is 7 and a diva of sorts. The skirt is fluffy and has layers which gives it that look of opulence. I love that it looks like a Tartan design within the layers. It has no buttons or bows and slips on with an elastic which is very sturdy. A great thing to wear for the upcoming Christmas.
