False advertising

Cute skirt!, very well made and good quality but this is listed as a skort which means it comes with the attached shorts. However I have ordered this item twice and there is no shorts attached. First time I order I thought I may have received a defective item so I call and complained and was told to reorder. I reorder and it was the same to thing, this is false advertising!
