Absolutely way too small. I know my daughter is more sturdy for 10, she couldn't even get a size 12 on. I don't know why the clothes seem to keep getting smaller,but this is unacceptable and made her cry. She still fit in lasts years size 10 halloween outfit so this is not an issue with her growth!
