What a beautiful dress and my daughter loved it on the hanger. But to put it on was a night mare. Who makes a little girl dress using this cheap material. It is itchy and scratchy and the sleeves are way too tight. Despite her being very slim. I wish I could return it because it was such a poor quality item, but unfortunately I bought it on clearance.
