This Tartan dress is awesome. So dressy and still suitable to wear to school. I was amazed to find that the dress is lined with a blue satin fabric. Haven't seen that sort of thing since my youth back in the 50's. This dress has a bow at the waist and can be hidden with a sweater or it can be removed. The sleeves are a cap type that looks dressy. A neckline that is a bit square but not too open. An utterly perfect dress.
