Horrible, I wish I could rate it negative 100

This dress looks like it was been washed 100 times & thrown in trash, picked up & has been sent to me. I’m soo soo disappointed & annoyed. For $12 you send such crap childrensplace??? Unbelievable.. now I have to run around to return it. Color is soo faded, dress is like soggy milk soaked bread. Everything about this dress is horrible. May be they sent a bad one for me, I wonder how can this dress ever have positive reviews??? HOPE MY HONEST REVIEW WILL BE POSTED UNALTERED.
