Awkward fit, wonderful fabric

A very awkward fit- this is rather snug in the rib cage, while being very wide in the shoulders. It's a very nice fabric and I'm grateful to actually find natural fibers, which has become less available through children's place. Unfortunately, they seem to be making more of a push toward toxic synthetics.
It was very nice to be able to find something for myself in the matching department but, I wish they had put more effort into the sizing. Thankfully, the shoulders stay put all right with a shirt underneath. The back is quite low cut so the undershirt is necessary.

Not flattering for more curvy moms

Would not recommend for curvy or short moms. The skirt had a great deal of volume and was longer than I expected. I'm sure it would be pretty on a tall slender frame. Nothing wrong with the dress; just not right for my body. I also think the dress would have benefited from a more open, v-shaped neck line to visually elongate the body. I'm 5'7 and found the dress quite long. The amount of material and pattern looked like it would swallow up a shorter person.
