You may also print a copy of your invoice by clicking on Order Status/Track Order. Upon entering your order number and email address, it will allow you to view a summary of your order. This summary can act as an invoice for any returns or exchanges.

Once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, updated (to add/remove items) or changed. View our Return & Exchange policy for additional information.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number. A link to the appropriate courier's site will be provided for easy tracking. You can also check your order status by selecting the link in the footer below if you have your order number and shipping zip code available. To understand why orders are canceled, it's important to clarify the process that takes place when submitting an order on childrensplace.com, gymboree.com, sugarandjade.com or pjplace.com.
After you check out online, all the backend verification occurs. Every order goes through a verification process, which usually takes about 24 business hours to complete. During this time, we confirm that all your information is accurate.
This includes (but is not limited to) shipping, billing and payment information. We'll also place an authorization hold on your credit or debit card. If at any point our verification
department runs into an issue verifying details, you'll receive an email informing you that your order was canceled. You’ll have the chance to make corrections and submit a new order.
NOTE: Canceled orders cannot be reinstated.
