Terrible fabric!

Ugh - I just hate the fabric on this top. I really don’t get all the rave reviews of the fabric. It is like a cheap sweatpants material but excessively baggy and with the type of stretch that doesn’t bounce back once it gets stretched. Too bad because I loved the halter look :( not the Gymboree quality from years ago that I’m used to.
